International vehicle trading and specialised mobility solutions

Dubai-based. Globally sourced. AAS Global Elite Autos supplies luxury vehicles, institutional fleets, armoured mobility, medical transport and industrial fleets to governments, dealerships and operators across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Europe.

Who we are

AAS Global Elite Autos FZCO is a Dubai-registered international vehicle trading and mobility solutions company. We source, procure and deliver new vehicles for governments, ministries, dealerships, infrastructure operators and private sector clients worldwide.

The company is licensed in the IFZA freezone in Dubai and operates on a business-to-business basis. We hold supplier relationships across Europe and other manufacturing markets, route shipments through Dubai (Jebel Ali) and other international ports, and deliver into the markets our clients operate in.

Our work covers two broad streams. The first is luxury vehicle trading for authorised dealerships, retailers and gallery operators. The second is specialised mobility supply: armoured vehicles for diplomatic and security use, ambulances and mobile medical units for ministries of health and humanitarian agencies, and operational fleets for infrastructure, energy, municipal and logistics clients.

Every engagement is handled on a B2B basis, against a written client specification, with delivery scheduled into the contract.

Our service lines

AAS Global Elite Autos delivers across five service lines. Each line operates under the same procurement discipline: written specification, confirmed buyer, documented sourcing, full export paperwork.

Luxury vehicle trading

We source new luxury vehicles directly from European partner companies and approved channels, and supply them to authorised dealerships, retail partners and gallery operators. Transactions are B2B, with delivery handled through Jebel Ali or onward shipping to the buyer's market.

Brand coverage includes Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, BMW M, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Bugatti. Tuner builds from Mansory, Brabus and Hamann are available on request.

Government and institutional fleets

We supply vehicles to ministries, embassies, government departments, international organisations and large infrastructure operators. Engagements are typically structured as fixed-scope procurements against a published or tendered specification, with delivery, registration support and aftercare written into the contract.

Typical work includes ministerial transport, embassy fleets, official-use sedans and SUVs, and long-term replacement programmes for institutional clients.

Armoured vehicle solutions

We procure armoured mobility for diplomatic missions, executive protection teams, government officials and operators working in high-risk environments. Protection levels include B6 and B7 configurations, sourced from established armouring partners under documented technical specifications.

Categories supplied include armoured SUVs, armoured sedans, executive transport vehicles, convoy vehicles and tactical platforms, configured to each client's operational profile.

Medical and humanitarian mobility

We supply purpose-built medical and humanitarian vehicles to ministries of health, Red Crescent and Red Cross national societies, NGOs and emergency response agencies. Build specifications follow recognised medical and humanitarian standards and are matched to the operating environment.

Vehicle range includes ambulances, ICU ambulances, mobile clinics, mobile vaccination units, emergency response vehicles and field vehicles for humanitarian missions.

Industrial and infrastructure fleets

We supply operational fleets to energy operators, water utilities, construction contractors, municipalities and logistics providers. Engagements range from one-off fleet rollouts to multi-year replacement programmes.

Vehicle types include pickup fleets, service trucks, workshop vehicles, refrigerated transport, construction support vehicles and general logistics fleets.

Our operating model

Procurement

Each engagement begins with a written client specification. Vehicles are sourced and procured against that specification, with timelines, pricing and delivery terms confirmed in the contract.

Supplier network

We work with manufacturer-approved dealers, established export partners and specialised converters covering armouring, medical fit-out and refrigerated transport. Suppliers are subject to onboarding due diligence before any transaction.

Logistics

Vehicles route through Jebel Ali Free Zone for Dubai-based delivery, and through nominated ports of entry for international markets. Freight method (air, RORO or container) is selected against the buyer's lead time and budget.

Documentation

Each shipment carries full export documentation, invoices, certificate of origin, manufacturer build sheets and any conformity certificates required by the destination market. Where the vehicle has been converted or armoured, the converter issues additional certification.

Payment and settlement

Payment terms are agreed up front and confirmed in writing. All settlement moves through licensed banking channels under documented commercial terms. We do not handle cash payments.

Where we source and where we deliver

Sourcing markets

Europe is our primary sourcing region. Secondary sourcing runs through the United Kingdom, the United States and the wider Middle East, with specialist converters reached on a per-build basis.

Delivery markets

We deliver into the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf, the broader Middle East and North Africa, sub-Saharan Africa, Central Asia, parts of South Asia and selected European markets. Coverage depends on the contract and the regulatory status of the destination.

The Dubai advantage

Our Dubai base places us close to the major routing hub for vehicle export into emerging markets. The IFZA freezone licence supports cross-border B2B trade without the customs and tax friction of an onshore operation, and Jebel Ali handles both container and RORO shipments.

Where we are going

AAS Global Elite Autos is building toward a position as a reference supplier of mobility and specialised vehicles for institutional and government clients across the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. The strategy runs in three phases.

Phase 1

Global sourcing and vehicle trading

The current phase. International sourcing, B2B trading and direct supply to dealerships, governments, NGOs and infrastructure clients.

Phase 2

Customisation and armouring partnerships

Integrated programmes with armouring and conversion partners to deliver fully fitted vehicles under a single supply contract. Reduces handover risk for institutional buyers and shortens lead times.

Phase 3

Regional assembly and conversion operations

Regional assembly and vehicle conversion capability in priority markets, prioritising jurisdictions where local content adds commercial or political value.
